Life is perfect only when you have inner peace and can maintain sound health and mind. He asks to enjoy the view beyond what you are shown to you and make every minute count. He also explains how we can have a healthy lifestyle and gives us the importance and uses of meditation to our mind and body.
The book gives us a meditation technique which the author has explained simply to be understood by everyone. This is a very short book which you can finish in one sitting. Good effort by the author. But I hoped it explained the topics a little more elaborately also that we get an overview of everything especially the meditation part.
