This is possibly the best book I have read so far in 2021. There are so many self-help books in the world but there will always be one special book that will make you rethink your life choices and will offer you a solution to all your problems. This is one such book that can prove to be the best solution to all your problems.
Do you make resolutions but fail to abide by them every time? Do u have goals that you want to achieve at any cost but get overwhelmed so easily that those goals seem impossible? Are you looking for some trigger that will kick start your progress? Then you definitely need to read this book.
Author Nishith Goyal through his experience and his programme Be Better bit by bit provides true and tested methods to improve your life for better. He shows the importance of breaking down any problem into chunks and resolving each chunk to get a better result. He also explains how one can join his programme and get the best of the benefits out of it.
The concepts like Kaizen, self-awareness, mindfulness and the importance of making a habit to journal every day, benefits of changing our morning routine, how to utilize our commute time for best and the importance of reading and writing are all explained so interestingly that it forces you to pick up a journal and start writing right away.
This book provides you with the much-needed guidance towards achieving a fruitful and successful life just by making small tweaks to your daily routine and any work that you take it up. I loved everything about this book. This is a must-read book for every person. You will get at least one thing that will help you change your life for good.
