She explains in a detailed manner how important is self-improvement and how to inculcate this into our lives. She gives us very intricate details of the steps involved to attain self-improvement through 12 very important and must have facets.
The book is divided into 12 chapters each chapter focusing on one of these aspects which are elucidated in a brilliant way. She explains the importance of having motivation in our lives, how being an empath is crucial, how to improve our life by developing positivity, how we can change our lives by gaining self-confidence and much more.
She not only explains these terms but also gives us some practical solutions to achieve these in our lives. She has narrated each of the concepts very brilliantly.
The narration of the book is good and the pace is very decent. The language used is very simple and lucid. I liked the chapter of health, compassion and perspective on life very much. It's a very short book which you can read it in one stretch. If you read it thoroughly and with focus, you will understand the concepts clearly.
I liked the book and I recommend it to everyone.
