This is a very inspirational book which guides you to manage stress and find inner peace through practical and reliable tips and techniques.
The book has 27 mindfulness and transformation techniques to build your haven, manage your emotions and 30 quick-fix techniques to distress and move towards inner peace.
The author has explained these techniques very beautifully with benefits, how to use and a few examples for each concept. I love how she explained the concept of the soul, Soul as a haven, how you are the soul and peace already exists in you, how would is the light and love etc.
It's a very motivating book towards stress management and although it's little confusing at the beginning with a lot of use of the word Soul, it feels so much better once you read through and understand the concepts.
Overall it was a good read. I liked the book and I definitely recommend it.
